I don’t have the quest item in my bank. I get that during the last month it was weird, but just ran my first tw and no quest for the 500 badges.
EDIT: Ok I think the problem is specifically Forge of Souls.
This happened to me about an hour ago on my orc monk. Healed a forge of souls time walking. No item received to start the quest. I opened a ticket so we’ll see how that goes. Not really looking to do it again on the same character, too much to do during the week.

I hear you. The weekly reward isn’t worth on most of my characters, but the 500 badges accumulate nicely.

Same thing happened to me on my first run and it was Forge of Souls.

I had the same thing happen on this toon on my Forge of Souls run. I think when they added it into the Timewalking dungeon rotation, it got overlooked for the quest item drop.

Not just quest item, the 5 TW weekly quest, it doesn’t count either.

Forge counted as 1/5 for me - but the quest item didn’t drop as other’s have mentioned. Definitely bugged. Second dungeon it dropped (which wasn’t Forge)

The shard isnt dropping in this dungeon to start the 500 tw badges quest. Happened to me on 2 different toons, horde and alliance
Yep, still not dropping in Forge of Souls.
As of 2:45 am (New York/Eastern Time) on 1/21/2022, still not dropping the quest item from Forge of Souls. My other alts ran other dungeons and the quest item dropped for them.
I’ve run a TW dungeon on 5 different toons today, all 4 of the first ones got the drop, the 5th didn’t. The 5th was the only one to have been dropped into Forge of Souls.
Still not fixed ran Forge of Souls quest item did not drop- It did in Gundrak
It’s been 3 days + now Should have a hot fix by now

Still happening as of this posting. As i just did it and no frigid shard tw badge quest item and the timewalking quest also doesn’t seem to pop up for that dungeon either upon entering.
Same issue as well on Forge of Souls.
I just finished a random WotLK timewalking dungeon (it was Forge of Souls) and it did not give me a Frigid Timewarped Prism as it should have. As of today, I can confirm that dungeon is still broken.

Tested with many different characters and it’s still bugged and doesn’t give the timewalking quest item.
Happening for me as well. I’ve now run three different instances on the same toon and it has not dropped. I’ve seen it drop for other members of the group.
