The real REAL WoW killer

Is gas prices.

Cost me $156.00 usd to fill up my truck from a 1/4 of a tank! With the prices of groceries sky rocketing as well who knows what I’ll have to cut from my budget lol.

WoW is definitely gonna be one of them lol. Probably my ISP as well since prices are going up also.

Time to pull the bike out of the garage.

Edit: Maybe all this inflation is a conspiracy to get WoW players to go outside to get some fresh air?

Believe it or not, people are saying this is just the start of it. Energy prices are supposed to go up 40% this year alone, on top of everything else going up 50% to 75% in cost.

If he gets a second term after this, I’ll be amazed.

Oh, also, gas prices should be going up as well. Something about a tax incentive going away, and this admin isn’t doing anything about it.

That deal with OPEC to cut back production doesn’t seem that good anymore.

I’m not sure what copium is, sorry.

Wont matter who gets elected. Whole world is affected by this.

It used to cost me about $40 to fill up, now it’s $75. Not fun. The good thing is I can work as much OT as I want if things get really slim, but the question is do I want to?

There are direct things a US president can do. They can allow more drilling - its why gas was less than $2 less than a year ago - we made enough for the US and exported to other countries. Now we dont and have to buy from other countries at whatever price they want us to pay

I understand the point you’re making, but it’s not realistic. The sitting US president does effect global economics. Though I was specifically talking about the US.

I’m using this emoticon from now on, or until I forget that it exists… which ever happens first.

I will be surprised if we can dig ourselves out of this hole within the next two years.

Lmao, you think it’s bad now?

These are still the good times compared to the complete economic shattering we’re heading towards.

Between food shortages, plants burning down, gas prices, the trillions of dollars printed during Covid, soaring housing prices, stagnant wages, inflation on every staple item being like 50% in the last few month alone, we are headed to a very bad place.

Where’s all that free stuff I was promised??

Well just stick president-“I did that” sticker on gas pumps even though reality says otherwise.

I find it funny people purposely glance over the responsibility the corporations have over the prices, and try to blame anything but them.

The choices: high gas prices or enabling fascism… hmmm…

They made Electric Cars more advantageous. Should have bought a Tesla instead of a regular Honda.

it’s that magic D next to the president’s name that gets everyone going. that means anything and everything can be blamed on him and it sticks, even if it’s not true at all

anyway nice post OP but since this is just going to spiral into political arguing it won’t last
