Hi guys. I've been on GrabCad since 2014 (last years were not so productive although). And i'm from Ukraine. Nowadays due to russian occupation a lot of people lost their jobs.
I will appreciate any task/job related to Rhino modeling or rendering.
I want you guys to support us, Ukrainian engineers by some work/tasks.
We all need to support the Ukraine. Please donate to Ukraine or Charity that supports the people of the Ukraine. Use your voice to speak out to any Russian people that have been misinformed by it's national media. We need peace in this world. Innocent people should not have to fear for their life from Putin's war.
Don't bring your hate speech and your political orientation to this platform. Stay out, be professional.
I am sure you know better than me. But from what I have been told, the older people believe Putin. The younger people know, because they have internet sources that tell the truth. Most people in the US realize it is not the Russian people and we feel sorry for Russian troops and civilians suffering economically. A while back I bought some goods from a guy in Moskva, he was voicing his opinion about Putin in regards to depreciation of Ruble.
I understand that some feel there are other powers involved in why this war started. I keep a open mind to all things, but definitive answers are difficult to know. But what I do know is innocent people are being killed and the survivors are suffering. They need the help of the world right now. Imagine if it were
your child, wife, mother, father. I would hope that someone would help, and the world is doing so.
Where is the hate speach? I don't see it.
Innocent people are always killed in wars. They're the second casualty... truth is the first. Where were the outcry for 'innocents' when the US was bringing 'freedom' to Afghanistan? Seems that, those deemed as innocents is all a matter of geography.
The issue with Ukraine & Russia is a bit more complex than what we're seeing in the media. It's important in any sense-making, to see both sides and the underlying reasons they are where they are in this conflict. If you don't care to evaluate geopolitics objectively, then you're subject to certain narratives and propaganda.
Firstly, remember why the US went to Afghanistan, it wasn't preemptive. Second, imagine how the young Afghan women that grew up under American control, and how their lives are now since the Taliban took control. As one young woman said "we will be forgotten and left dead". Very sad to me.
I don't pretend to know the truth, hell the CIA or Bilderberg may have had the Ukraine war planned. I don't claim to know how the Universe works or where we go after death. Perhaps we are reincarnated and that explains why many of us hope the world becomes a better place. Furthermore, when the US did go to Afghanistan they didn't target civilians, hospitals, appartments, and places where people were sheltered from war. We are here now in time and people are suffering. So I believe we should all want peace so people can live life the way they chose as long as not hurting others.
One other thing, there are things that Russia and China do that I wish was the same in the US. So I am not anti anyone, nor do I hate Russians or Chinese...I've done business with both without issues. Just my views and I don't expect everyone to see things the same.
In every nation, you will get some suckers who will betray with their own nations. And we all know What did USA do in Afghanistan and why they did. So speak the same for Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Ukraine otherwise go to Ukraine, Fight for them and go the hell. Don't talk about humanity here. It's a professional platform.
I see you do not live in the USA. As with others I know around the world, they get propaganda from their country and know little about the truth. As a example a foreign friend that has lived in the US for 20 years argues with his family back in his native country, because they believe what they have heard on their news about things happening in the US. He lives here and knows what is really happening. My Indian friend (in India) has told me what he hears on news about America and it is wrong. That is why I try not to make accusations about others country since I don't live there. I always assume that I may be being fed propaganda. I trust no government and believe many of our problems are because of government.
Why don't you explain, exactly why the US was in Afghanistan since you seem to know. The huge failure is the way the US left Afghanistan and it's people. Instead of making unsustainiated claims, share what you know....so that we can all learn. So should I believe that Russia is justified in killing civillians, women and children. If you think that is okay, then you are the problem. Explain how that is okay? Explain why I shouldn't be against that?
This is just one post among hundreds, you don't have to click on the link or read it if you feel it is not about the subject you prefer.
I would argue that the huge failure is in going to war without first investigating to know exactly who is responsible.. but Afghanistan is somewhat beside the point. We were talking Ukraine and once every acknowledges the fact that civilians are always the true casualties of war and that no one likes that aspect of it.. we can move onto more productive conversation.
"Support the Troops"... "Save the Civilians".. there are vacuous in meaning and are only used to demonize those who disagree with a particular narrative.
So it is interesting that people are now paying attention to Ukraine.. many probably for the first time ever. If you know about what's been going on there then you know that there has been something of a civil war there for some time now. On one side, those who are deemed 'separatists' because they support the customs of their generations, and strong ties with Russia. On the other side are the Ukranian nationalists and a government and military that is fully integrated with Nazi Azov Battalion, which is funded and weaponized by the US via Israelian proxy.
If you don't know this, then perhaps you're only listening to the corporate media of the US... because this information is out there.
As I said, this situation there is much more complex but once you ask the question, "who benefits?"... IMO, a lot of things become much clearer.
Thanks for the reply. I have been talking with people in Russia and Ukraine for years. Yes, I am aware there are so called Nazis in Ukraine. I actually watched a documentary on the subject. But I would argue these groups are in alot of countries and are extreme minority. Zelensky is jewish, which kind of makes one believe Putin's Nazi cleansing statement is invalid. I have seen many articles referring to Putin as reincarnation of Hitler. If we look at Putins history we see very little ethics. I do understand some of Putins concerns, and hate it, but agree with him. But Putins has no room to judge based on his immorality. I do have one concern, it seems George Soros is also backing the Ukraine. I never wanted to be in his company. With that said, Ukraine belonged to the Ukrainian people, not Russia. If someone invaded my home, I would fight as they are fighting. The Russian separatist you speak of are primary in the Russian speaking Crimea area. And yes a low percentage of Ukrainians welcome Russian control. Just as many older Russians long for Communism. CMalco, thanks for the reply. I try to keep a open mind but killing kids, makes me pick sides. I do have a feel that there is more to this war than it seems. Perhaps this is a way of removing Putin, because he screwed up picking this fight. He has destroyed the Russian economy and killed thousands of his soilders. I believe this is the beginning of the end for him. And I do agree, many people are just now learning about Ukraine and are oblivious to much of it's history. Kiev is where Russia started and tens of thousands of jewish people were killed in Ukraine during WWII by Nazis. Again, thanks for the civil response and I do value your opinion and input. I do keep a open mind.
"Not one inch" of NATO expansion to the west... and now their influence fully felt in Ukraine? I don't think anyone but the most anti-Russian would have any argument with Russia's issue with this.. considering the history.
The guy just asked for work or help finding it.
I doubt he needs a history lesson or political updates regarding why his country is getting fucked.
Send me a message buddy and ill try to help you out with finding some projects as best i can
Welcome to the internet.. where topics often run off in a tangent...
Ukraine is not a NATO nation, so I guess that Putin will need to find another excuse. Like the true reason, resources power, god-like mentality. Anyone that needs a yacht with gold toilet paper holder is a complete narssacist. This time his ego has brought his end. Trump said Putin is a smart guy. I assume Trump said this because he may in the future have to deal with him and wanted to keep good relationship. But IMO Putin is a thug and not smart at all. His power comes from nuclear weapons and that is all that is keeping NATO from destroying the Russian military. And I feel so sorry for those Russian troops. Just kids following orders, fighting their own people.
Good for you!
You fooled me. Here I thought you wanted an objective conversation about this issue. Ukraine has already stated it's desire to join NATO. If you know the history of the Warsaw Pact, NATO and why this is a concern for Russia then you can see why they are right to take issue here. Does it justify invasion? I'm not convinced it does, but it is possible they are operating on intelligence we do not have. Either way, I can understand their concern.
But by all means, enjoy the kool-aid of western media while everyone else is entrenched in "propaganda"...
Never was really a cool-aid drinker. Many things do not make sense, and I am sure you and I agree things are happening behind the scenes. Zelensky stated that Ukraine now has no interest in joining NATO and the Ukraine was refused NATO membership due to corruption. Even so, as you stated, NATO membership still doesn't warrant the invasion of a sovereign nation and the killing of women and children. Putin has indiscriminately bombed Ukraine citizens. Yet you semi-defend his actions. I know many people I don't agree with, but I would not kill their wife, kids, mother, father. So I guess we'll have to agree there is more to this war than what appears on the surface. I in no way dislike the Russian people, and even have purchased many products from them. I am a huge fan of Phenibut. So will leave it at that and each can choose their own beliefs. All the best.
great
