ANEW Energy CAD/CAM/CAE New Vendor Form

ANEW Energy Corp is an American renewable energy company moving all of our products into production starting June 1st 2022. We have been working on prototypes and experiments for the past 2 decades. We need your professional skills to develop production lines and technologies required to fabricate our products.

This is a global project and we need your skills to fight the climate crisis. You will report directly to Pat Conarro the CEO of ANEW Energy. Mr. Conarro has been a tooling engineer working in manufacturing for the past 38 years. We are looking for people that can collaborate in Fusion 360. Our group will fabricate everything you design. We are developing micro-grid renewable energy technology that includes; wind, water, solar, storage, hydrogen, & distribution products.

Our company believes in a good plan with great project management. Here is link to the ANEW Energy Commercialization Plan that will guide you on where we are going. As a vendor to our company, we want you to focus on the following subjects.

Our plan is to develop the first factory here in the USA, then copy it around the world where your countrymen can participate in the new sustainable economy. We refer to this part of our business as "The Copy Factory". We will need very good 2D/3D CAD documentation.It is our intention to use this form to start you on the process of becoming a new vendor and understanding how we work at ANEW Energy. We look forward to having your skills and ideas here to help us with this very large project.

We expect that you will pay your own taxes to your respective countries. We will work to find a method of money transfer to see that you get paid on time. Please tell us your prefered method of payment. We like to do Bank to Bank wire transfer to achieve lowest costs. We like to pay every 2 weeks.

We do not have to speak the same language.

Our project is a global project. We are on a mission as manufacturing engineers to fight When we use Zoho Cliq to communicate we can translate our messages regardless of language. Zoho operates in 28 different languages. Arabic,English (US), English (UK), Bulgarian, Bahasa Indonesian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Croatia (Hrvatski), Czech, Dutch (Nederland), Danish, French, German (Deutsch), Hungarian (Magyar), Hindi, Italiano (Italy), Japanese, Polish (Polish), Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Russian (UK), Spanish (Espanol), Swedish(Svenska), Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese, Korean, Hebrew. Engineering is our common language.

ANEW Energy is a Zoho House. We use Zoho Projects to issue tasks and manage all 3D CAD Vendors. This is where you will clock in and out of your project so you can get paid.

ANEW Energy uses Zoho Cliq to manage all communications within our company and external suppliers. As you complete tasks assigned to you, Zoho Project lets everyone on your team know where you are at. If you have questions, you can ask the team you are working with and get a fast response. Cliq is also a phone and video system you can make direct calls to stakeholders.

ANEW Energy shares our 3D library of components accessible to your designs in our A360 Work Drive. We purchase 98% of all components from Misumi. If we do not have something you need for your design, you are welcome to download the model and use it in your design.

Once the 3D model has been downloaded and stored in the ANEW Energy Fusion360 it needs to be entered into our system as an inventory item. We need to enter using the ANEW Energy New Part Form so we can order these components. The form will issue you a new part number.

ANEW Energy Believes that knowledge is the most important part of our success. Together we need you to help us develop 2D / 3D documentation that is linked to QR Codes at each machine you design.

We value training downstream for factory workers and need your help building strong 2D / 3D documentation that is linked to our Zoho Inventory solution. Here is a link to our form that is used for every component you design.

Learning Management System

ANEW Energy belief is that all of us can always be learning. We want to push you and ourselves to learn more, so we are able to move forward together in a meaningful way. We have paired up with Lars Christensen regarding Fusion360 and Inventor training. We will provide content and questions to insure you understand how we operate at the engineering department at ANEW. We will send you more work and even pay you more as you complete these learning lessons we have put together.

The Copy Factory

Below is the factory you will be working on to develop the production line. We hope that once this factory is up and running your country will have one to create sustainable jobs for your countrymen. We do not want to own the factory, we simply want to provide everyone in the world a renewable energy solution to fighting climate change while creating thousands of jobs for your countrymen. We need you to be our ambassador for your country by promoting what you have done to help with this very important project.

When we design a factory that can be copied around the world, countries can compete with large industrialized countries line the USA and China. We believe 95% of all components can be built at the country where these products are being installed. With this approach we can drive renewable energy microgrid technology to its' lowest cost of goods sold passing savings along to the end consumer. We call this business model, the copy factory.
