Amazon Web Services, which provides cloud computing services for major companies like Disney, Sony and Netflix, suffered a major outage Tuesday morning—and said that there is no time frame as to when service will be repaired.

According to DownDetector, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Prime Music, Amazon Alexa, Ring—which all use AWS—were also experiencing outages, and Roku and Ring warned customers of service interruptions.

Amazon Web Services reported increased error rates in North America on its status dashboard.

Amazon wrote on the dashboard that it identified the cause of the outage and is ”actively working towards recovery.”

In a statement, Richard Rocha, an Amazon spokesperson, told Forbes “the AWS team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.”
