‘My 600-Lb. Life’ Paul MacNeill Dead At 37
My 600-Lb. Life star Paul MacNeill has passed away at the age of thirty-seven. He was featured on Season 10 of the hit TLC reality series. He had become successful after his episode aired in his journey but what ended up happening to him? Read on for more details.
My 600-Lb. Life Paul MacNeill Dead At 37
As with most featured cast members of My 600-Lb. Life, viewers are curious as to what happened after the show. Were they successful and did they lose or gain more weight? As for Paul MacNeill, fans immediately needed to know where he stood and if he underwent weight loss surgery. In 2021, after he met with Dr. Now, he did opt for weight loss surgery. It was going to put him out of work for some time so he did ask for a little help from friends to the tune of $1500. Ultimately, Paul chose his health, and he started by losing nearly 250 pounds. His transformation was absolutely unbelievable and he was a whole new man.
More so, he ended up getting engaged to Jenn Trivette and found true happiness. Sadly, according to his obituary, Paul MacNeill passed away on September 21st, 2023. Though the obituary does not list the cause of death, a GoFundMe was set up by his fiancee’s sister, Stacy. Her goal was to help Jenn with any financial difficulties that may come her way during this tragic time. She then shared that Paul was killed in a car accident on his way to work. They were two months shy of tying the knot
The goal for the GFM is 10K but have so far made nearly 4K. However, this could very well change as word gets out that he has passed away. Especially with the tragic way he died. He was predeceased by his father and left behind so many loved ones. They include his mother, fiancee, and his son. He was listed as a “Showmen” as well as a Correctional Officer. Sadly, he is not the only cast member to have passed away.
Other Passings
There have been other cast members from My 600-Lb. Life who have sadly passed away. Recently, Laura Perez from Season 3 died at the age of 48. Additionally, Larry Myers died at just 49 and others have been questioned based on their health. Or, they have not been heard from in a while or it is just simple curiosity. Sadly, Paul MacNeill was getting ready for a big step in his life and this is a horrible way for it to end. Sending so much love and light to his family, friends, and all of his loved ones.
