International fee
If your registered address is in China Mainland, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in China, Taiwan Province of China or Macau Special Administrative Region in China we charge an International fee if either:
- The delivery address for the item (entered by the buyer during checkout) is outside seller's registered region, or
- The buyer's registered address is outside seller's registered region (regardless of the delivery address for the item)
The fee we charge is determined by the buyer's registered address or the delivery address for the item (entered by the buyer during checkout), as shown in the table below. This fee is calculated on the total amount of the sale and is automatically deducted from your sales proceeds. The total amount of the sale is the entire amount the buyer pays, including any handling charges, the shipping service the buyer selects, sales tax, and any other applicable fees.

International fee volume discounts
For each eBay account, if your total sales volume (including postage) on ebay.at, ebay.com.au, befr.ebay.be, benl.ebay.be, ebay.ca, cafr.ebay.ca, ebay.ch, ebay.com, ebay.de, ebay.es, ebay.fr, ebay.ie, ebay.it, ebay.nl, ebay.pl, ebay.co.uk (collectively, the "eBay Sites"), is at least $3,000 in the previous month on a rolling basis, you may be eligible for a discounted International fee in the following month, provided your seller level is at least Above Standard. You can check your current seller level on your Seller Dashboard.

We assess your sales volume tier on the 20th of each month based on your sales history on the eBay Sites in the previous month on a rolling basis. If your account qualifies, the discounted International fee will be applied automatically from the start of the following calendar month.
Volume discount calculation and exclusions
In order to benefit from a volume discount on the International fee in the following month, your transaction volume per eBay account on the eBay Sites must be above the minimum threshold values in the period of determination. If you do not reach the transaction volume over this period, you will not receive the volume discount. See the table below for categories that are excluded from the transaction volume calculation.
Your registered address must be in China Mainland, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in China, Taiwan Province of China or Macau Special Administrative Region in China in order to qualify for the discount.
eBay reserves the right to exclude you from the volume discounts if you violate eBay policies (including the eBay User Agreement, eBay User Privacy Notice, Global seller performance standards and Payments Terms of Use).
Seller currency conversion charge
If your registered address is in China Mainland, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in China, Taiwan Province of China or Macau Special Administrative Region in China, eBay will make payouts to you and collect funds owed to eBay in US dollars.
When you create listings or sell items on an international eBay site with a listing currency that is not US dollars, eBay may convert your funds to a different currency in order to collect amounts owed by you to eBay, or to payout funds due to you.
For example, if your registered address is in China Mainland, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in China, Taiwan Province of China or Macau Special Administrative Region in China and you create a listing on eBay.de for which fees are due (such as insertion and/or optional listing upgrade fees), eBay will convert your funds from USD to EUR using the transaction exchange rate applicable at the time of listing, in order to collect these fees. When the item sells on eBay.de, eBay will calculate your payout amount by converting the sales proceeds from EUR to USD using the transaction exchange rate applicable at the time of the sale.
If eBay converts your funds, the conversion will be completed at the transaction exchange rate we set for the relevant currency exchange. eBay's transaction exchange rate is composed of a base exchange rate plus a conversion charge. The conversion charge is a fixed percentage applied to the base exchange rate and retained by eBay. The base exchange rate reflects rates within the wholesale currency markets applicable to the currency pairing on the day of the conversion, or the prior business day. If exchange rates are set by law or regulation, the base exchange rate reflects the government reference rates.
If your registered address is in China Mainland, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in China, Taiwan Province of China or Macau Special Administrative Region in China, the seller currency conversion charge applied and retained by eBay is 2.5%. If your registered address is not in China Mainland, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in China, Taiwan Province of China or Macau Special Administrative Region in China, please refer to the fee page for your country/region of residence for your seller currency conversion charge information.
Bank payout fee
If your registered address is in China Mainland, you may see the option to have your payouts sent to your bank account. When you select this option, we charge a bank payout fee at the time of each payout. This fee is calculated as a percentage of your USD payout amount and is deducted from the payout. The rate we charge for each payout to your bank account is determined by your total monthly sales volume*.
Payouts to your bank account will be converted from USD to CNY using the market exchange rate that applies at the time of the payout. eBay does not add any seller currency conversion charge or markup on the market exchange rate.

基於銷售額的折扣計算及除外情形
賣家在 eBay 網站上的每個 eBay 帳戶在評估期間內的交易額必須高於規定的銷售額的, 才能在下個月享受基於銷售額的國際銷售費用折扣。若賣家在評估期間內未達到規定的交易額，則無法享受基於銷售額的折扣。下表列出不納入交易量計算的類別。
要符合享受上述折扣的條件，賣家的註冊地址必須位於中國大陸、香港特別行政區、台灣地區或澳門特別行政區。
若賣家違反 eBay 政策，包括及不限於 eBay 的「會員合約」（User Agreement），「私隱權通知」（Privacy Notice），「賣家全球表現標準」（Global seller performance standards）和「支付服務使用條款」（Payments Terms of Use），eBay 將保留取消賣家享受基於銷售額的國際銷售費用折扣資格的權利。
賣家貨幣兌換費
若賣家的註冊地址位於中國大陸、香港特別行政區、台灣地區或澳門特別行政區，eBay 將以美元向賣家發放款項和收取應付 eBay 的費用。
當賣家在 eBay 國際網站上使用非美元幣種創建物品刊載或售出物品時，eBay 可能會將賣家的資金兌換為不同的幣種，以收取賣家應付 eBay 的費用或者向賣家發放款項。
舉例來說，若賣家的註冊地址位於中國大陸、香港特別行政區、台灣地區或澳門特別行政區，且賣家在 eBay.de 網站上創建需付費（比如：刊載費和/或可選的刊載升級費）的物品刊載，則 eBay 會使用賣家創建物品刊載時適用的交易匯率將賣家的資金從美元兌換為歐元，以便收取這些費用。當物品在 eBay.de 網站上售出後，eBay 會使用賣家的物品售出時適用的交易匯率將銷售款項從歐元兌換為美元來計算賣家的收款金額。

eBay将在每月 20 日根据卖家前一个月在 eBay 站点上的销售历史记录滚动评估卖家的销售额层级。如果卖家的帐户符合条件，则将自下一个日历月起自动适用国际销售费用折扣。
基于销售额的折扣计算及除外情形
要能在下个月享受基于销售额的国际销售费用折扣，卖家在 eBay 站点上的每个 eBay 帐户在确定期间内的交易额必须高于最低阈值。如果卖家在此期间内未达到规定的交易额，则无法享受基于销售额的折扣。请参阅下表了解不纳入交易额计算的类别。
要符合享受上述折扣的条件，卖家的注册地址必须位于中国大陆、香港特别行政区、台湾地区或澳门特别行政区。
如果卖家违反了 eBay 政策，包括 eBay 的“用户协议”（User Agreement）、“隐私权声明”（Privacy Notice）、“卖家全球表现标准”（Global Seller Performance Standards）和“支付服务使用条款”（Payments Terms of Use），eBay 保留取消卖家享受基于销售额的国际销售费用折扣资格的权利。
卖家货币兑换费
如果卖家的注册地址位于中国大陆、香港特别行政区、台湾地区或澳门特别行政区，eBay 将以美元币种向卖家发放款项和收取应付 eBay 的费用。
当卖家在 eBay 国际站点上以非美元币种创建物品刊登或售出物品时，eBay 可能会将卖家的资金兑换为不同的币种，以收取卖家应付 eBay 的费用或者向卖家发放款项。
举例来说，如果卖家的注册地址位于中国大陆、香港特别行政区、台湾地区或澳门特别行政区，并且卖家在 eBay.de 站点上创建了需要付费（比如：刊登费和/或可选的刊登升级费）的物品刊登，则 eBay 会使用卖家创建物品刊登时适用的交易汇率将卖家的资金从美元兑换为欧元，以便收取这些费用。当物品在 eBay.de 站点上售出后，eBay 会使用卖家的物品售出时适用的交易汇率将销售款项从欧元兑换为美元来计算卖家的收款金额。
如果 eBay 需要兑换卖家的资金，则将按照 eBay 针对相关货币兑换设置的交易汇率进行兑换。eBay 设置的交易汇率由基本汇率另加兑换费组成。兑换费是指适用于基本汇率并由 eBay 扣留的固定百分比。 基本汇率反映的是批发货币市场上在兑换当天或前一个工作日适用于相关货币对的汇率。如果汇率是由法律法规规定的，则基本汇率反映的是政府参考汇率。
如果卖家的注册地址位于中国大陆、香港特别行政区、台湾地区或澳门特别行政区，则 eBay 适用和扣留的卖家货币兑换费将为 2.5%。如果卖家的注册地址并非位于中国大陆、香港特别行政区、台湾地区或澳门特别行政区，请参阅居住国家/地区的 eBay 站点上的费用页面，获取有关卖家货币兑换费用的信息。
银行提现费
如果您的注册地址位于中国大陆，您可能会看到发款至您的银行账户的选项。当您选择此选项时，我们会在每次发款时收取银行提现费用。该费用按您的美元发款金额的百分比计算，并从发款中扣除。我们对您银行账户的每次发款收取的费率取决于您的每月总销售额*。
对您银行账户的发款会按照发款时适用的市场汇率从美元兑换成人民币。 eBay 不会收取任何额外的卖家货币兑换费用，或在市场汇率基础上加价收费。
