Very friendly contact and made to measure as our dog does not fit the standard measurements. Fits like a glove and Pippa is very happy with her jumper. The only downside is that once she rubbed herself against a wall, there were straight away a couple of holes in it. I could easily mend it, but the fleece is just not very strong, but very soft and stretchy! Love it!
