Due to the various growing conditions of the flax plant, fiber can sometimes be darker or lighter. It depends on how much sun and rain the flax plant got while growing. So every time you buy natural linen items, the color shade can be different from the items you already have.

It's definitely smaller than anticipated, even after adding in the additional measurements suggested, but it's just long enough to cover the table which is what we were looking for. Well made product that looks better than the picture. Will probably order a bigger soze in the future. Thank you!
