Oct 21, 2019 · You really don't expect a show like Parks and Recreation to break your heart, and yet here we are. In spite of being excruciatingly funny in nature, the show still had a fair share of moments where a few tears were shed by the audience. A great example of that was the death of Li'l Sebastian.
