The Symbol
The self–reflecting twin snakes Ida & Pingala, in eternal dance. Their monadic unification is derived from the rod of Hermes (a.k.a. Thoth, Enoch, Idris, &c — a key figure in ancient Kemet). This image is then placed upon what is known as Metatron’s Cube — which is the simplest geometric expression of all known forms of the Platonic solids.
Note that the snakes cross paths in 7 different places —an eternal, recursive, and self–referential pattern.
