well, basically that, my newly created DK cannot use Death gate to return to the Acherus, I can left or right click on the gate and it won’t work.
Edit: I tried using Death Gate on higher lv DK that I have and that one works, just not on my lv60 DK
In case someone comes along with this same problem, I just had the same issue and I’m pretty sure it happens if you use heirlooms etc to get to 60 before you are “supposed” to get to 60 in the story. It seems to work fine after the battle.

I am having the same issue. Started a DK, I can cast the spell but I cannot use the gate.

I had the same issue but it was because my character was a trial first and I had already done that part of the quest. It is confusing because it starts you there and gives you a quest marker for it but you can’t do it. Instead you just take the portal to Oribos.

Death Gate not working at all anywhere. Time is money. I hope this will get fixed

Bump, death gate not working for me either.
Have you all finished the battle for lights hope chapel? I believe that is the requirement to make you a true death knigh.
Googled “deathgate not working” and this post came up.
Just created a DK… it’s not working… wtf
Edit: Apparently you have to complete the whole DK scene till you can use it (even though you earn the spell well before that)

For anyone whobjust started DK and cant use the gate. Go and use the scourge gryphons. Took me 15 mins to realise that but hopefully that time will help another😊

I think you can able use it after completing the quest “The Light of Dawn”. I am able to use it at lvl17 in trial acc.
Where are the scourge griffins
look in he toybox, there is a hearthstone,called,Lunar Elders,hope this helps.
