Hello experts, last week I ran 1st toon on four M+ runs and had the key on my toon before downtime, also turned in the M+ quest (four runs) before that downtime (no issue with quest). I ran a 2nd toon on five M+ runs as well. After downtime when servers were back online, I opted to rename toon 1 (servers had restarted, I had not logged in to that toon), rename had no issue. However, now when toon 1 goes to the vault, it does not offer my reward. It still shows the four M+ runs I made yet no loot, and just tells me to keep on running. I did restart several times, I even de-install and install of the launcher and game. on my 2nd toon who was not renamed, I was able to collect the vault award.
Does anyone know if the rename of that 1st toon impacted my loot from M+ vault? Do we think I will get loot after next downtime or will those 4 runs stay listed on my toon under the M+ menu?
Toon 1 and 2 are on same server and are same faction.
